EXTRAS

Extra persons : 0-2 years 15,00€ per stay (baby crib included)

Extra persons : 2-12 years 25,00€ per night, +12 years 35,00€ per night

We rent bath linen at 10,00€ per stay.

(this includes 2 medium and 2 large bath towels)

E-bikes are rented in collaboration with the local bicycle dealer

and must be reserved in advance.

Use of sauna and hot tub will be charged on site.

REQUIREMENTS

*All prices to be paid in euro currency rate.

* Prices include: bed linen, WiFi, energy costs, tourist tax, final cleaning.

* After booking, a deposit must be paid to confirm the booking on

account Sophie Van Driessche BE10 1030 4203 3404,

stating the code you will receive by e-mail.

* A deposit of 150 € to be paid in cash on arrival, this is refunded at check out

after checking for possible damage.

No pets allowed.

Smoking is not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

*If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.

*If you cancel up to the 42nd day before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total cost of the trip.

*If you cancel between the 42nd and the 28th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 60% of the total cost of the trip.

*If you cancel from the 28th day up to the first day of your stay, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total cost of the trip.

*If you cancel on the first day of your stay or later, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total cost of the trip.
